Develop and implement Islamic Microfinance products (Assets, Liabilities, Insurance) in compliance with Shariah principles and prudential regulations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Shariah scholars, regulators, and business units, to ensure regulatory adherence and best practices. Lead training programs to build organizational capability in Islamic Microfinance. Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and internal policies. Develop and execute marketing strategies for product awareness and market expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Islamic Microfinance products (Assets, Liabilities, Insurance) in compliance with Shariah principles and prudential regulations
• Oversee the integration of Islamic products into digital banking channels
• Establish credit processes, risk frameworks, and operational controls for smooth product delivery
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive innovation and optimize product performance
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Shariah scholars, regulators, and business units, to ensure regulatory adherence and best practices
• Lead training programs to build organizational capability in Islamic Microfinance
• Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and internal policies
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for product awareness and market expansion.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Islamic Banking, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Expertise in Islamic Microfinance, Shariah advisory, product development, and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to develop product manuals, policies, and internal control frameworks. Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Islamic Banking from an HEC-recognized or foreign university.
