Description:

A Junior Clerk is responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of an office. This includes duties such as filing documents, managing records, answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and assisting senior staff with routine tasks. The Junior Clerk also ensures that office supplies are stocked and may assist in data entry or processing paperwork. This role typically requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle various administrative duties efficiently.

Qualification:

i) Higher Secondary School Certificate (2nd division) from a recognized Board: ii) A speed of 25 Word Per Minute of typing on Computer in English; and iii) Proficient in Microsoft Office or any other compatible Office application and he shall demonstrate such proficiency.
